Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have a receipt or invoice?
Invoices can be provided but aren't automatically sent out. Just get in touch via email or the contact me form and one will be sent out to you. If your school doesn't have a credit card to make payments with, you can request an invoice with bank details to complete a bank transfer, then log ins will be set up after payment.
How do I resubscribe?
You don't actually 'resubscribe' - your current plan will expire and you can purchase a new one from the subscriptions page.
This can be done before expiry date and you can change the start date of your new plan at checkout.
You might receive an email saying your plan has expired, even after you have purchased a new plan.
Don't worry! This will be the previous plan expiring.
To check the status of your subscriptions, go to the 'my subscriptions' page.
What time frame do you respond to messages in?
I aim to respond to messages within 3 working days, but the majority of messages receive a response within a day! If you haven't had a response, you may have typed your email address in incorrectly into the contact form so please try emailing me directly at Alison@bright-maths.co.uk
How do I set up individual accounts for teachers when I have signed up for the school yearly plan?
The school yearly plan only provides you with one log in that you are then able to share with your department.
It gives you the licence to freely share that login and any resources on the site with other members of staff at your school.
If you have signed up and want to change your log in details, contact me and I can help you with this.
